Mark A. Cederberg
Mr. Cederberg graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1986. Mark was born in Tampa, Florida. He attended Barry University School of Law in Orlando, Florida, receiving his Juris Doctorate degree in 2002. Mr. Cederberg graduated law school Magna Cum Laude and was a member of the Moot Court Board.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Cederberg was employed by Allstate Insurance Company, spending seven (7) years as a Casualty Insurance Adjuster and just over seven (7) additional years as a Casualty Litigation Manager. After graduating law school, Mr. Cederberg received his license to practice law in 2002. He joined the law firm of Cameron, Hodges & Coleman, P.A. as an insurance defense attorney where he spent three (3) years focusing on auto negligence, premises liability, products liability, personal injury protection insurance, subrogation, rental car law and contract law. Since that time, he has been actively engaged in all aspects of civil litigation involving No-Fault/PIP matters in both the circuit and county courts of Seminole, Orange, Osceola, Volusia and Brevard counties.
Mr. Cederberg is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida as well as all State Courts throughout Florida. He is a member of the Florida Bar Association, the Florida Justice Association and the Central Florida Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Cederberg is a registered instructor for continuing legal education credits and has conducted numerous seminars on Florida's No-Fault Law. He also spends time in Tallahassee during the Legislative Session to testify on issues that are critical to the well-being of Florida citizens. Mark is also sought out to serve as a fee expert in first-party insurance disputes and as an expert witness in matters involving insurance bad faith.
